CWB: Private Banking Website

The problem
A wealth management firm with a decade of track record but a website that looked like it was built by a compliance department. Trust matters in private banking. The old site didn't earn it.
What we did
Clean, premium Next.js build with shadcn/ui components. Every element designed to communicate one thing: this is a serious operation. Licensed custodian information, investment management credentials, team profiles. No stock photos, no generic financial jargon.
Scope
Design, development, copywriting, analytics, deployment
Result
Live and serving as the firm's primary digital presence. Migrated from Netlify to Cloudflare Pages for reliability. Analytics tracking phone clicks, email clicks, and form submissions.
Private banking websites have a specific problem: they need to look expensive without looking flashy. The audience is high-net-worth individuals who are allergic to anything that feels like it’s trying too hard.
The design language is restraint. Dark backgrounds, generous whitespace, typography that says “we manage money” not “we’re a startup.” The shadcn/ui component library gave us the building blocks: clean forms, consistent spacing, professional data display. We stripped out everything decorative and let the content do the work.
The content itself was the real project. Wealth management firms tend to hide behind jargon: “bespoke solutions,” “holistic approach,” “tailored strategies.” We cut all of it. What does the firm actually do? Licensed custodian services and investment management. Who are the people? Here are their names, their backgrounds, their direct contact information.
Analytics matter here. We track exactly what visitors do: phone number clicks, email link clicks, form submissions, document downloads. Not vanity metrics. Conversion signals that tell the firm which pages are actually generating business.
