Ermano Lelli
Ermano Lelli: Pasta Mastery
Creative · · Client work · 1 day
The brief
Italian chef in Hong Kong wanted a personal piece that captured his pasta-making process. Not a recipe video. A portrait.
The work
Shot in his kitchen during prep. Close-ups on the dough, the hands, the flour. Interview woven through. His voice, his rhythm.
My role
Direction, cinematography, editing, color grade
Outcome
Personal brand content used across social and press.
The man makes pasta the way his grandmother did. You don’t direct that. You just point the camera and stay quiet.
