What we did

Self-hosted Invoice Ninja on a NAS behind a Cloudflare tunnel. Docker stack with full API access and custom CLI wrapper for terminal-based invoice management.

Result

16 active clients, recurring invoices on autopilot, PDF generation and email delivery from our own domain. Zero monthly cost. Full data ownership.
