Knowledge Management System with AI Curation
The brief
Information scattered across docs, notes, emails, and people's heads. No system for connecting ideas across departments or domains.
The work
Built a knowledge vault with 800+ atomic notes and wikilinks. Added nightly AI curation cycles (distill, curate, dream) that find cross-domain connections. A note about acoustic physics links to hearing therapy, links to audio synthesis, links to product design. Spreading activation algorithm finds paths humans miss.
My role
Architecture design, Obsidian setup, AI curation pipeline, graph analysis, RAG integration
Outcome
Ideas that would have stayed siloed now surface automatically. Research time cut dramatically. Decisions backed by connected context, not isolated Google searches.
Knowledge management isn’t about organizing files. It’s about connections between ideas that nobody sees until a system finds them.
