The work

Self-hosted open-source CRM. One instance, multiple pipelines. Custom project field tracks which pipeline a deal belongs to. Full REST API for automation and AI agent integration.

Outcome

Unified contact database across all projects. Contacts naturally flow between pipelines. Full API access for automated deal tracking and outreach.
